As Slimming World‘s Internal Communications writer, I was responsible for penning and project-managing a monthly newsletter to the firm’s 3,000 Consultants. This feature was designed to be a no-nag, easy-to-digest article designed to encourage franchisees to keep up to date with their admin. It received really positive feedback from many of the Area Managers, who struggled to find a ‘no-nag’ way to enforce good book-keeping.
