Working with specialist property branding & design agency, Latch, I first developed a key messaging matrix for L&G’s (then unlaunched) home rental proposition, before crafting microsite copy describing the homes and locations on offer, the benefits of renting with L&G and what to expect when you move in. Homeowner guides, billboard and other print work was bundled in with this stretching project, which took L&G (and me) into a whole new market.
